Cindy Feeley

Cindy Feeley, Vice President, Patient Relations and Process Improvement

 

Ms. Feeley has held the position of Vice President of Patient Relations and Process Improvement with United Urology since 2019 after serving as Director of Patient Relations for Chesapeake Urology, a member of United Urology’s group practices, since 2009. Ms. Feeley is responsible for leading the centralized operations of multiple service groups to support United Urology’s national affiliate practices and their physicians. Her areas of responsibility include inbound service, financial services, support services, workforce improvement, reporting, and forecasting.

 

A creative problem solver with a successful history of leading organizations to improve their service and sales delivery, while reducing production costs, Ms. Feeley is an action-oriented manager with a passion for service excellence, operations, people management, and customer service. Prior to her current role with United Urology, Ms. Feeley served as Vice President at Sylvan Learning from 2006 to 2009 and Sr. Vice President at Capital One Bank from 1995- 2005.  Ms. Feeley holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
