Amy Dilcher, J.D., oversees all company legal matters, partners with the leadership team on strategic objectives, and provides guidance to administrative and physician leaders on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues. She brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience, with a clinical background as an oncology/hematology nurse at Georgetown University Hospital and a legal background that includes representation of healthcare providers and the leadership of legal operations for rapidly expanding and innovative healthcare companies.
Prior to joining UUG, Amy held roles as Vice President and General Counsel at National Spine and Pain Centers, the largest interventional pain management services organization in the country with over 100 affiliated locations in numerous states, and Meritus Health, western Maryland’s leading healthcare provider. She also served as associate counsel at the University of Maryland Medical System for nearly a decade and spent five years in private practice at Proskauer Rose, LLP.
Amy earned a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Health Law from the University of Houston Law Center.
