Taylor Coon, PA-C, MMS

Taylor Coon MMS, PA-C, works primarily at the AUS Perimeter office. She evaluates and treats general urology conditions including BPH, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, kidney stones, overactive bladder (OAB), elevated PSA, urinary incontinence, and recurrent UTIs.

Taylor is originally from Portland, Oregon. She moved to Arizona in 2014 to attend Arizona State University and play on ASU’s Women’s Soccer Team. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Family and Human Development in 2018. She then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, receiving her Master in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies before joining the team at AUS.

Taylor completed clinical rotations in family medicine, emergency medicine, and women’s health, among others. She also spent a rotation at AUS Arrowhead working closely with Dr. Nelson. Before starting PA school Taylor worked as an emergency department medical scribe and in orthopedics as a patient care tech and physical therapy aide.

She received her National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification in the summer of 2022 and has been a proud member of the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants since 2020. Taylor looks forward to treating and educating patients through her work at AUS Perimeter.

In her spare time, Taylor enjoys traveling, reading, watching football, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Lincoln.
