About This Provider

Dr. Michael Patton was born in South Lake Tahoe, California, but considers himself a Tucson native having lived here since the first grade. His father, Dr. Robert Patton is a practicing pediatrician serving the Northwest Tucson community for almost 30 years. Dr. Michael Patton completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Arizona and received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed his surgical and urologic training at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona with an emphasis on endoscopic, minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.

Dr. Patton is a published researcher and has presented at multiple urologic conferences. Dr. Patton’s areas of interest, in addition to general urology, include erectile dysfunction, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) including the HoLEP procedure for very large prostates, robotic and laparoscopic surgery for prostate and kidney cancers as well as endoscopic treatment of kidney stones.

Dr. Patton is on staff at Professional Park Office and is affiliated with the American Urologic Association as well as the Arizona Urological Society.

Dr. Patton enjoys spending time with his wife and his two children. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time hiking, playing tennis and skiing.
