John “Jay” Paddack, MD

Dr. Paddack joined Colorado Urology in November 2019 and has been practicing general urology in northern Colorado since 2014. He treats male and female patients for general urologic conditions and has a particular interest in the areas of minimally invasive/robotic surgery for urologic cancers, prostate enlargement, kidney stones, urethral stricture disease, urinary incontinence, and male sexual dysfunction.

Dr. Paddack received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Lubbock, and Amarillo, Texas, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He then completed both his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, where he graduated with distinction.

During his residency, Dr. Paddack served as a physician with the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF) Urology Outreach in Nairobi, Kenya, and during medical school participated in medical outreach in Mbarara, Uganda in conjunction with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Dr. Paddack is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Urological Association.

Dr. Paddack was born and raised on the Front Range. In his free time, Dr. Paddack enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, running, skiing, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and son.
