Dr. Goldman’s career began at the prestigious Marshfield Clinic, Marshfield, WI where he practiced for 18-years as a clinical Urologist and Director of the Center for Sexual Health. He also held the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Urology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, School of Medicine during that period.

Having moved to the Southwest in 2004, Dr. Goldman joined the Arizona Medical Clinic as a clinical Urologist and subsequently in 2008 joined the private practice of Northwest Urology Associates. Throughout his, 41-year career, Dr. Goldman has practiced the full scope of Urological conditions with a particular focus on the treatment of male and female urinary incontinence, including neuromodulation therapy, all aspects of male sexual dysfunctions, including erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease and Hypogonadism. In this realm, Dr. Goldman’s bailiwick is his passion for male prosthetic surgical procedures for erectile dysfunction, implantation of male urethral sphincters and the correction of abnormal curvatures of the penis associated with Peyronie’s Disease.

After completing his undergraduate studies in Biological Anthropology at the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1974, He went on to study at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico and ultimately, graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, School of Medicine with his M.D. degree in 1982.

After obtaining his M.D. degree, Dr. Goldman went on to complete both his residencies in General Surgery and Urology at University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Clinic combined programs in 1987. During that time Dr. Goldman authored many peer-reviewed articles and a book chapter on the history of renal calculi.

Dr. Goldman is currently a member of the American Medical Association and the American Urological Association. He has been a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners since 1983, a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology since 1989 and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 1992.
Away from work, Dr. Goldman enjoys a number of different activities along with his wife, Jaculyn, three daughters and his grandson. In regards to his practice philosophy, he believes his focus should include total patient care with a devotion towards kindness and compassion afforded to all who seek his care.
