Dr. Killion received his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He continued his education at UCLA completing both his Internship and Residency programs there as well as serving as Chief Resident his final year. Dr. Killion along with Dr. Dunshee performed the first laparoscopic nephrectomy in Tucson in 1999. He is very active in continuing education with all aspects of urology. He has served as Chief of Division of Urology at Tucson Medical Center for several years and has been active in their transition to electronic health records. He is currently a Clinical Instructor to Urology Residents at the University of Arizona. Dr. Killion has published many articles and given several presentations in the field of urology.

Dr. David Killion has been practicing at Urological Associates since 1994. His practice interests include pediatric urology, laparoscopic surgery of the urinary tract, male and female incontinence surgery, and new treatments for prostate disease. He is board certified with the American Board of Urology. He has been named as Top Doctor for the global directory of Who’s Who for 2015 as well as named Best Doctors in America for 2015. Dr Killion recently traveled to Kenya with the World Medical Missions to serve as surgeon and instructor to the people of that region. He was fortunate enough to be accompanied by his wife and son who helped in various ways with the needs of the local people, and his daughter who recently finished nursing school and helped him directly with patient care.
