Dr. Feng’s special areas of interest include general urology, kidney stones, urologic cancer, minimally invasive/robotic surgery, bladder and prostate disease and procedures, urinary incontinence, neurogenic bladder, prosthetic surgery, laser surgery, and no-scalpel vasectomy

Dr. Feng is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology at the University of Arizona. He helped develop the daVinci robotic surgery program at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital (now Banner University Medical Center).

Born in Taiwan, Dr. Feng was raised in Iowa and New Jersey. Research in both biomechanical joint prosthesis engineering design and liquid flow dynamics of the urinary system led to research at Cornell Weill Medical College in Manhattan. He later finished his urologic residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Feng has volunteered in medical missions in Tanzania and Kenya, Africa for the underserved. In his free time, Dr. Feng enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three children including hiking, white water canoeing, golf, and martial arts, and he has a goal of hiking in every national park. Dr. Feng is an actively practicing 4th-degree black belt Master and Instructor in the Korean martial art form of Tae Kwon Do as well as actively attaining his black belt in Kumdo (martial art of swordsmanship) and enjoys playing classical piano.
